THE BASICS OF EMS
YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE
A 20 Minute EMS workout is the equivalent of a 90 minute high intensity gym class or personal training session. You can use EMS as your only exercise or add it to your existing routine.
SAFE AND EFFECTIVE
Scientifically proven to be safe by reputable sports universities and used by doctors, health clinics, physiotherapists and athletes. EMS has been popular in Europe for some time and is just now coming to the US.
ENGAGE YOUR ENTIRE BODY
Our EMS workouts engage 98% of your muscles compared with 60% on typical gym equipment. Your muscles are triggered to contract through the EMS pulses using the same electrical stimulation your body uses to cause them to contract.
OUR TRAINERS, YOUR GOALS
Sessions are led by experienced trainers and designed to reach each clients goals. Noticeable results can be seen within four sessions.
The amount of calories your body requires on a daily basis is largely determined by your metabolism and sport activities. In general, if you have a calorific surplus, i.e. eat more than your body needs, you will gain weight. A calorific deficit on the other hand leads to weight loss. Our cardio workout can increase your metabolism by 300-
500 kcal, i.e. your body burns an additional 300-500 kcal every day.
Muscle growth and body toning
Our strengthening workout can both increase muscle mass and decrease body fat at the same time. Depending on your goal, you can either gain muscle size to appear stronger or reduce your overall size to achieve a more toned look.
Repeated intensive engagements of individual muscles can increase your metabolism significantly. A higher metabolism promotes fat loss and can therefore reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve the overall look of your skin.
